We coordinate directly with insurance adjusters for billing when you have collision coverage, and we can deliver the vehicle to a body shop, a dealership, your home, or a storage facility. If your insurance covers the tow, we bill them direct. If you're paying out-of-pocket, the standard flat rate applies with per-mile charges past the 5-mile included distance.
